The pandemic placed me in a sweet spot...it sounds a bit crazy but it is true.
Virtual existence is sort of my thing being more on the introverted side and all. So as much as I love interacting with people, the whole process can be a bit draining at times. I would much rather send a text or an email (haha). Not to mention the half dressing since only a small portion of your body is seen on those video conference calls was pure bliss and it meant a longer wash interval. But now things have shifted requiring me to take action, yet again!
The thing is, your comfort zone is a dangerous place to reside...
Comfort stunts growth and reinforces inactivity leaving you in a lethargic state. This fosters an atmosphere of idleness and procrastination. Before we know it we are postponing the simplest of tasks, we have gained more weight than we care to admit to ourselves more so to others and we have completely lost the drive to do anything that requires too much effort on our part. If you can relate then take this as a call to action. Snap out of it before you miss out on the life that's happening without you. I beg oh!
